Eligibility Criteria for Bulk Student Selection
Individual Student Eligibility:
- Each student must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the National Youth Laptop Scheme Program 2024 guidelines. These include academic performance, test scores, and other relevant qualifications.

Bulk Student Evaluation:
- After the eligibility of individual students is assessed, the selection of students for the merit list will be made by the program administrators only.
- Seat allocation based on the number of qualified students in the institution will be as follows:
- 1 to 25 Students: 2 seats allocated.
- 26 to 50 Students: 3 seats allocated.
- 51 to 100 Students: 4 seats allocated.
- More than 100 Students: Institutions must contact the program administrators before applying for clarification on seat allocation.
Terms and Conditions
Fairness and Transparency:
- The selection process will be entirely conducted by the program administrators to ensure fairness and transparency. Institutions will not have any role in the final selection of students for the merit list.
- The program administrators will use their systems and evaluation methods to ensure that the selection process is free from bias or favoritism.
Test Attempt Protocol:
- Every student must attempt the required tests independently, as per the schedule provided. The program will monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance.
- Reattempts will not be allowed under any circumstances. Institutions must ensure that students have stable internet and electricity during the test.
Contact for Larger Groups:
- Institutions with more than 100 students must contact the program administrators before applying. The allocation of seats for larger groups will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
No Guarantees:
- Seat allocation will follow the criteria mentioned above, regardless of the number of qualified students from any institution. There is no guarantee that qualifying a larger number of students will result in a proportionately larger number of seats.
Program Discretion:
- The final decision regarding the selection of students for the merit list rests solely with the program administrators. All decisions are final, and any disputes will be addressed by the program administration.
