We are an independent non-profit organization, self-funded and driven by a commitment to our mission. “Terms & Condition”
Distribution of Laptops:
- Selected participants will receive a laptop for educational purposes only.
- Laptops are non-transferable and must be used by the recipient only.
- Any damage or loss of the laptop must be reported immediately to Zeenat Welcare. The recipient may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Usage Guidelines:
- Laptops must be used responsibly and primarily for educational purposes.
- Any misuse of the laptop, including but not limited to illegal activities, will result in the forfeiture of the laptop and possible legal action.
Privacy and Data Protection:
- Personal information collected during the application process will be used solely for the purposes of the program.
- Zeenat Welcare is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
Amendments:
- Zeenat Welcare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the official website and other appropriate channels.
Termination:
- Zeenat Welcare reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if any of the terms and conditions are breached.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution:
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants waive the right to lodge any complaints against Zeenat Welcare.
- Zeenat Welcare maintains comprehensive records of all transactions and program-related costs, including academic activities, which are covered by the program budget and are self-funded.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Students who achieve a minimum score of 60% in the first round are eligible for the final round of the program.
- In the final round, only students who secure at least 80% will advance to the selection process.
- The final selection will be based on the combined scores from both rounds, with the highest scores among qualified students being selected.
- Selection will be conducted in four categories, each with a designated number of seats. The number of seats per category may vary based on the total number of qualified students.
- In the event of a tie, where two or more students have the same overall scores:
- Selection will be based on academic records.
- Performance in both rounds.
- The total number of attempts made.
- Students who cannot verify their documents will be disqualified from the merit list. In such cases, students with the same marks will be listed.
- Those disqualified from the selection process or who do not make the merit list despite scoring at least 80% can apply for Phase II without any fee.
- No special requests or considerations will be entertained. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all deserving candidates on the merit list.
